General Size & Pricing Information
This will give you a general idea of our most popular sizes and pricing. The pricing below is based on our “usual” beautifully detailed decorations, shown in most of the photos you can view in our gallery. If you request fondant decorations, a certain type of royal icing or gum paste flowers, sugar butterflies, or a particularly more intricate design (such as a castle or sculpted design), there may be an additional charge.
Party Cakes
Unless otherwise specified, all are two-layer cakes (about 4″ high). Serving numbers are approximate (cake slice about 4″x1″x4″), which would be appropriate for a gathering with cake as the main “course”. If your gathering involves a regular meal or other refreshments preceding cake, it would be appropriate to cut the slices smaller (about 4″x1″x2″or3″), resulting in a greater number of servings.
We can also do split flavors (I.E. half the cake chocolate/other half vanilla, OR in a double layer cake -one layer chocolate/one layer vanilla) for $5.00 extra on any cake size.
Payment Information: Typically, payment in full is due at pickup appointment (exact cash or check payable to “the Upper Crust”, please). However, for orders over $200.00, we do prefer an advance deposit of 50% at booking. In this case we may also provide a written contract requiring review and signature. CUPCAKES
Cupcakes are available in three sizes: mini (one or two bite-size, about 2″ diameter), standard (single-serving, about 3″ diameter), and jumbo (single or double serving, about 4″ diameter). We prefer orders to be in half dozen (6) or full dozen (12) quantities.
CUT-OUT COOKIES
Our famous butter cookies are baked thick and soft, then iced with care and detail with our homemade buttercream icing. They are available in a large variety of sizes, shapes and styles to match the occasion, starting at $10.00/dozen. We prefer an order minimum of two dozen, and recommend storing them in the refrigerator or freezer, as the buttercream icing decorations tend to soften at room temperature.
CLASSIC & SPECIALTY COOKIES
Mint-frosted brownie squares, raspberry shortbread, triple-chocolate-walnut cookies, and pumpkin-spice bars are just a few of our delicious, from-scratch recipes. We bake them soft and chewy with great care, to provide you with an impressive box or assortment you can serve to your guests with pride. We prefer an order minimum of two dozen per selection, and they may be boxed or packaged on a tray (extra charge). Contact us for complete list of available selection and pricing.
